How do I book a spa treatment or day spa package?

Can I book online?

Currently, we recommend calling to secure your preferred time, as our team can guide you through availability and package options.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and peak periods, to avoid disappointment.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers are available and can be used towards treatments, spa days, or monetary values.

Day Spa Packages & Treatments

What spa packages do you offer?

We offer a range of day spa experiences, including Ocean Breeze Retreat, Whispering Waters and Serenity Springs, view our Day Spa Packages to explore each in more detail.

What treatments are available?

Our treatment menu includes full body massages, facials, and body treatments and rituals, browse our spa treatments to explore the full range.

Can I customise my spa experience?

Yes, our team can guide you in selecting treatments that best suit your needs and preferences.

Do you offer group bookings?

Yes, we cater for small groups, special occasions, and celebrations. Advance booking is essential.

Facilities & Experience

What facilities are included?

Guests can enjoy our 15m heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, a daylight relaxation area, and a fully equipped gym.

Is access to the facilities included with treatments?

Yes, access to our spa and health club facilities is included with most treatments and day spa packages.

Can I avail of the leisure area if I don't have a treatment booked?

Yes, the leisure facilities are available for guests of the hotel to use at no extra cost.

Is there a mobile phone policy?

To maintain a peaceful environment, mobile phones are not permitted within the spa area.

Do I need to bring anything?

Swimwear is required for use of our facilities. A swim cap is also required for the pool and can be brought with you or purchased at the spa. Towels are provided for your comfort, read more about our spa guidelines for full details. 

What is the best time to visit Lír Spa?

Midweek visits tend to be quieter, offering a more relaxed experience, while we accommodate group bookings and special occasions seven days a week.

I have a specific health condition. Can I still have a treatment?

In most cases, yes. Please consult with our reception team ahead of time so we can accommodate your needs safely.

What should I wear during my treatment?

You may wear your own underwear, or we can provide disposable underwear. Please note that wet swimsuits are not suitable for treatments. Read more about our spa guidelines here

Will I have a place to store my belongings?

Yes, lockers are available, and each client is provided with one for the secure storage of personal items.

Is the spa wheelchair accessible?

The Lír Spa & Health Club is wheelchair accessible. However, please note that the leisure facilities have limited accessibility. Please contact us for more details or assistance.

Are robes and towels provided?

Yes, we provide each guest who has booked a treatment with a robe, slippers, and towel. Guests using our in leisure facilities are provided with a towel.

Can I visit the spa if I am pregnant?

** At present, packages do not cover pregnancy treatments or services ** 

Before You Arrive

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to relax and prepare.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours of treatment time incur a 50% charge, cancellations within 24 hours of treatment time will be charged in full
