At the heart of The Dunes experience is a vibrant, tapas-style menu - a celebration of bold, expressive flavours inspired by Latin America, Spain, and beyond. Designed for sharing, each dish invites you to explore, indulge, and connect, bringing people together over plates that are as considered as they are flavourful.
