Check in is from 4pm and check out is 12 noon. Late check out can be arranged subject to availability. Please note a late check out fee will apply. Please contact reception.
IS THERE CAR PARKING?
We offer complimentary car parking to all residents. Our car park is in front of the hotel. Wheelchair accessible spaces are also available. There is no barrier on entry and guests do not require a ticket to exit the car park.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
WIFI is complimentary for all guests and is available in all areas of the hotel. Please ask at reception for the Wi-Fi password.
CAN YOU STORE MY LUGGAGE?
We can store your luggage if you arrive to the hotel before check in time and we do not charge for this service.

We serve breakfast from 7am -10.30am Monday to Sunday.

DO YOU HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?
The first phase of the hotel will not have the pool and gym facility operational. This is planned for the second phase which will be early summer 2024.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
No, unfortunately, we do not allow pets at Ravenport Resort. Assistance dogs are very welcome at Ravenport Resort. We would highly recommend that you contact us in advance of your visit to discuss any requirements you or your dog may have.
IS THE HOTEL WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
