Willow Bar is a great spot to meet up with friends or family, to sit and chat or to enjoy amazing live music on Saturday nights from 10pm. Please note that Willow Bar is walk-ins only.

Samphire Restaurant is now open for hotel residents, and private group dining.
Samphire Restaurant, with its exquisite décor, combining modern elegance with coastal charm, is the place to be for that more formal or intimate dinner. The menu showcases locally sourced seafood and seasonal ingredients, creating dishes that are both visually stunning and bursting with flavour. The warm, inviting atmosphere complements the picturesque setting, making it a perfect dining destination.
Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea is now available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 5pm

Our Afternoon Tea offers a delightful array of freshly baked scones, delicate finger sandwiches, and an assortment of scrumptious pastries. The picturesque setting, in our luxurious lobby area, with floor to ceiling windows allowing incredible views of the Wexford countryside and creating the perfect atmosphere for a leisurely and elegant afternoon.
