€10 complimentary e-vouchers will be issued within 48 hours after purchase.
Valid for use from 1st November 2025 – 30th April 2026 and can only be redeemed against subsequent future transactions.
Gift Vouchers are redeemable on accommodation & dining. 
€10 e-vouchers cannot be redeemed against the purchase of Gift Cards, Memberships, Events or Group bookings. 
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or cannot be sold or transferred.
Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed directly in each hotel and cannot be redeemed online.
€10 complimentary e-voucher will be issued for online purchase of €100 of more, €15 complimentary e-voucher will be issued for online purchase of €150 of more, €20 complimentary e-voucher will be issued for online purchase of €200 of more, etc. 

How To Redeem your €10 e-Voucher
Please mention your €10 e-voucher and quote your voucher number at the time of booking or ordering at the hotel, over the phone or in person.
Present your e-voucher/vouchers on payment in the relevant outlet and the value of your e-voucher will be deducted from the value of your sale. No change will be given on any vouchers.
Purchased gift vouchers have a five-year validity.
